The ALTUROS GROUP provides with their Parking Solution an innovative, module and open solution platform for park garage operators. The biggest strength of the Alturos Parking Solution is the independence from device-suppliers and consists of the following core components.
Based on the Parking Reservation Platform the parking facilities can be visualized online. Consumers can access all relevant information (car park description, pricing, access routes etc.), make reservations or purchase parking products (e.g. long term parking). The integration of additional sales-channels (travel agents, shopping malls, hotels, airlines etc.) is easily possible and broadens the range of potential new customers.
You can watch the demo here: www.youtube.com/watch

Completely messy, chronically dysfunctional and insanely challenging: That’s the IT situation in which Turnaround CIOs usually find themselves, though the company names and locales change. And they love it.
Turnaround CIOs, such as Alturos' senior technology experts, call change management skills their primary personal strength. They’ve got deep experience in IT, and they are hired to make tumultuous changes to the IT department as well as related departments or entire corporate processes — and make them ASAP. From a business side of view, their top priority is to align IT and business goals; that’s the highest of any archetype, that hardly any CIO or CEO in their defined roles and activities is able to deal with.
The Turnaround CIO’s ability to come into a chaotic situation, ascertain what the business needs most, recharge a beaten-down staff and start building successes is both an amazing feat and all part of the plan. "In the very first few moments of coming in, you already know what you’re going to do first, second, third," says Gilberto Loacker, CEO of Alturos Software AG.
That’s a good thing—because usually, there’s no description of IT or its services to be found, no centralized inventory of IT assets or vendor contracts, and no guidelines nor SLAs for how IT should support business operations.
Operational and strategic drive is key to the success of Turnaround CIOs and their customers/companies to benefit from.
