For more than 15 years, Gilberto Loacker has been involved as leading engineer and chief technology officer in several software start-up companies, has developed multiple business applications and managed cross-cultural, global software development projects. He is an expert in building and running successful software factories and dedicated his knowledge towards the growth of Alturos Group, currently consisting of four powerful companies that provide complimentary services, solutions and enterprise-class solutions for software factories and internet entrepreneurs. Gilberto successfully holds the role of a CEO and founder; his spirit and sense of innovation drive the entire group, its employees and business partnerships.

Florian joined Alturos in 2006 as Head of Project Management Office, in charge of establishing, optimizing and strengthening Alturos' global project organization. Florian also served Alturos as a Program Manager and Responsible of Business Process Reengineering in previous assignments in interims management positions. Prior to joining Alturos, Florian was responsible for project and process management at Transflow Informationslogistik, successfully managing a complex solution portfolio for an international customerbase. Florian's PMO background and experience goes way back into the early 90s, when he started off as a project manager at Skidata in Salzburg. Ever since his first assignment, he built up his know-how and grew with his experience in international project management, got certified as IPMA Level B Senior Project Manager and completed his MBA studies in Project and Process Management at the University of Salzburg.
